VAGABOND NEWS: I have decided to reopen to the gym on Sunday Mornings…. The new time will be Open Gym Format from 8 am to 10 am… This will allow any Vagabonds who have missed workouts from the week like strength or metabolic conditioning workouts to get them in before the week ends. Also, people may come in to work on skills and progressions…
VAGABOND TEAM WORKOUTS: I have also implemented a new program, where all Vagabonds will have a chance to take part in a team event on Saturdays once a month… I will come up with one team event each month for any Vagabonds to take part in and work along side their fellow gym mates. The Time will be on Saturday from 4 pm to 5 pm. The workout will consist of working with other Vagabonds to complete a task at hand.
VAGABOND UPDATE: I have been throwing some ideas around of having a Vagabond Internal Throwdown. I have not come up with specific date, but we are looking at August for this event to happen. We will have a BBQ outside and take part in a workout. It should be a great time and a great time for everyone to get together to hang out and workout with one another. I am going to post the date and ask people around the gym, what date could work for everyone.. Keep Tuned!!!
