What Fruits to Eat and What to Stay Away From:
If your primary goal is to lose weight during your Paleo Journey, then I suggest to eat less than 100 grams of carbohydrates daily…. So, be easy on the fruit… You may ask why to take it easy on the fruit? Well, the simple fact is that fruit has sugar in it just like a snickers bar has sugar in it… If you eat fruit at a high dose, then you pretty much get the same reaction, with insulin spike and a problematic journey of feeling hungry… We want to limit our intake and keep our carbohydrate intake mainly from green leafy vegetables.. However, there are some good choices to fruit.. Here is a list..
Good Fruit Intake with Low Sugar Values:
Strawberries, Blueberries, pretty much any berries
Cherries
Apples and Pears
Peaches
Grapefruit
Figs

Do not Make These Fruits a Daily Habit:
Any type of Melons
Pineapples
Mangoes
Nectarines
