Gym will be closed this weekend due to Sectionals down in Milford, Connecticut…
John T. will be competing, as we all know, and I am sure he will put up some impressive times… All in All he has worked his butt off over the last 4 months, and no matter what is a winner and true VAGABOND in my eyes and I am sure in everyone else’s eyes as well…

Regular Gym Hours will resume on Monday…

First Workout of the Day at Sectionals for John:
For Time of the Following Movements:
Run 800 m
Power Snatch x 30 @ 115 lbs
Run 800 m
