Schedule for next week will be changing for our current programming…. Next week we will find out 1 rep maxes in the shoulder press, back squat, bench press, and deadlift. I am doing this because we will be starting a brand new strength programming concentrating on those four movements, a long with specialty training in good mornings, squats, and bench press to isolate certain muscle groups to strengthen them and prepare for our final test 9 weeks from now in those lifts…
