Kevin’s Notes:The Concept of the Jump and Land Box Jumps are to set-up 3 boxes of varying heights. Men will use 20 inch, 24 inch, and 30 inch. Women will use 16, 18, and 20 inch. You will jump on the lowest height then move up in the height of the boxes. One Time through counts as 1 round.
