VAGABOND NEWS: I thought it was appropriate to hit the VAGABONDS would an old school workout from the garage days. This little sucke fest workout came from the depths of CrossFit New Hampshire and I brought it over to the Vagabond Garage during the summer. This was the workout to test out of the fundamentals class and you can bet it’s a suck fest. Enjoy and Have Some Fun!!
