Skill Warm-Up: Coach B Drills- Snatch Progressions

WOD: Heavy Snatch- Go for Your 1 Rep Max
2-2-1-1-1
Do a couple of warm-ups at a weight you know that you can get, then hit the WOD hard with 2 rep maxes that you set two weeks ago, and then go for your 1 rep max

Mini-Met-Con WOD:
5 Rounds of: “Air Squat Hell”
1:00 min of Air Squats- As many as Possible
Rest 1:00 min then do over again for 4 more Rounds..
