Vagabond Nutrition: Here is another recipe that anyone can make and once again it stays within the Paleo guidelines.. MMMM GOOD!!

Dish: Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients: 4 Large Green, Yellow, or Red Peppers
Mushrooms- 1 Cup
Ground Beef- 1 lb
2 Whole Tomatoes

Recipe:
1.Sauteed the Mushrooms with 1 tbsp of Canola Oil
2.Add Hamburger and diced tomatoes
3. On the side, boil some water and then drop in Peppers- Leave peppers in for 3 minutes, to they are soft.
4. Then take peppers out of boiling water, add the hamburg, mushrooms, and tomatoes..
5. Put stuffed peppers into oven and preheat to 350 degrees- Cook for 10 minutes and You Have your delicious meal..
