Paleo Cookies- Who says you cannot enjoy a healthy cookie…
Recipe for Paleo Cookies:
Ingredients: 2 cups of raw honey, 2 cups chopped walnuts, 4 cups almond flour, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cup raisins, 1-2 egg whites…
STEPS:
1.Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
2.Warm Honey in saucepan
3.Sift flour and spices
4. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheets
5. Bake 10-15 minutes
6. Store in a Sealed Container… These cookies can last almost forever, the longer they are stored away, the softer and chewier they get.. ENJOY!!

DB Squat Cleans @ 15-20% bodyweight

VAGABOND NOTES: I thought it was appropriate to use dumbbells during this workout to give us some more functional training with the dumbbells… As I stated before dumbbells are great tools to improve your strength, but also can be subbbed for any workout with the barbell… Enjoy and Work Hard!!
POST TIME/RESULTS TO COMMENTS:
I performed Elizabeth 21-15-9 with 135lbs squat cleans and dips on the rings. First time I did this workout at 9:18 the squat cleans were brutal after i did fran 2 days ago….o well i am dead haha good thing i have level one cert comming up
