MET-CON WOD:
Five rounds for time of:
95 pound Power snatch, 15 reps
Run 400 meters


VAGABOND NEWS: For the warm-up, go at your own pace to properly warm-up for the MET-CON WOD.. We have finished our first round of the MEBB STRENGTH WOD and now will be taking a break for a couple of weeks to prepare ourselves for the next wave of strength movements… I am preparing a schedule as we speak for the next three movements, but want to give us some time to concentrate on some other movements during this next few weeks..
