VAGABOND NEWS: I made my way up to CrossFit New Hampshire to check out their new box and I have to say they have done a great job of putting together an impressive CrossFit Gym.. I owe these guys alot to my success in CrossFit and probably would not have started Vagabond CrossFit without their help and inspiration. They are doing great things up there in Manchester and will always owe them my gratitude and hopefully Vagabonds future success. My highlight of the day was training an athlete by the name of Jake, through the brutal workout called “Linda”. He busted through the WOD with style, grace, and intensity.It was an honor to help coach for the day and will be looking forward to head up there again to see the whole crew again for a great day… Check out their page…
