REST DAY, MAKE-UP WOD’S OR CHOSEN WORKOUT…
DUE THE FOLLOWING:
AMRAP- 20 MINUTES-
5 Pull-Ups
7 Box Jumps
9 Push-Ups
11 Squats
VAGABOND GARAGE NEWS: The gym will be open from 9 am to noon on Friday… However it will be closed in the afternoon, as I will be traveling up North to run in one of my last races of the summer in a marathon.. The gym will reopen on Saturday morning at 8 am and will remain open until 1 pm that day.. I hope everyone enjoys their day and hope to see you all again on Saturday morning and afternoon…
We will be hitting a quick AMRAP workout due to the time of my race, but will still be a killer no less.. We will hit a bodyweight workout for twenty minutes…
