Skill Warm-Up: Coach B Warm-ups
Strength Day: Max Rep Snatch- We have finally reached our pivotal moment in the snatch movement and will be testing the waters with the one rep max test. We have been hitting the repetitions hard with the pvc pipe and barbell and also driling the coach B warm-ups… The Time has Come to test the waters…
Met-Con WOD:
“A little Jumpy I see…”
Four Rounds for Time of:
400 m Sprints
30 Jumping Squats
30 Jumping Pull-ups
We have been hitting the Met-Cons hard of late and feel it is necessary to give the Vagabonds a slight rest with a running workout and bodyweight workout… Give it your all and Go Hard!!
