Warm-Up: Pull-Up Ladder- 1-10-1

MET-CON WOD: “Barbell Complex”

The barbell complex will consist of the following movements, deadlift, sumo dead high pull, Hang Squat Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, and Back Squat… You will perform each movement for 6 reps and that will equal out to one round.. You will perform SIX ROUNDS during this WOD…You will have 2 Minutes of Rest between each round… The objective if this goal is not to let go of the bar during the round… Each time you let go of the barbell to rest, you will be charged a set and will have to perform 5 burpees at the end of the round.. So your overall goal is not to let go of the bar and kill yourself during the specified ROUND…

MEN: Start at 65 lbs and will end at 115 lbs…

WOMEN: Start at 35 lbs and will end at 85 lbs…
