Welcome to Sandbag Heaven, which is dedicated to my longtime friend, Quinel’s father, who was murder six years ago in the city of Brockton. He was a dedicated man to his family and overall a great guy, who cared for everyone. May he Rest in Peace and let God protect his family during any tough times. The sandbags are back and ready to be used during this workout, as it is a great functional workout for the Vagabonds, which emulates picking something up and walking it to a specific spot, which we do in our everyday lives.
