Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

“Mary”
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Garage Sunday Closing: The Vagabond garage will be unfortunately closed on Sunday, June 14th, 2009, as I will be heading up to CrossFit Boston to attend the Rob Wolf certification in Nutrition. I will leave a post with the workout and will probably be a gathering in the Whitman Park, for 100 Burpees for Time, which will be a complete Suck Fest for the Vagabonds!!! Hey, there is always something to do with CrossFit, even if you do not have weights or a gym!!
