VAGABOND CROSSFIT WOD-5/28/09
“Barbara” was a complete success for the Vagabonds today, as they teared through their first encounter with this lady. Everyone did a great job and really put in a tough day of work. It is amazing to see the improvements and leaps that the Vagabonds are making with their pull-up regiment. Almost everyone performed the workout at RX, but had to modify it for a few people to keep to their physical ability. However, they all got a great workout in and really showed some determination throughout their workout.
