VAGABOND CROSSFIT WOD- 5/22/09
Couple of times a week for now on, I will post the workout a day earlier to give the guys and girls an idea of what they are doing. However, the other days will still be later posts from that day and will show some great pictures of the Vagabonds. I have always stressed the importance of dumbbell training and the importance it has for stabilization and core strength. We will in the following weeks, concentrate heavily on dumbbell training and show the Vagabonds the creativity that you can do with these objects. Also, I was in contact with perhaps the best trainer in dumbbell training out in Kansas City, Missouri. He gave me some great tips and will be implementing these workouts into our daily routine. Also, we will use the dumbbells for warm-ups and training for repetitions in pull-ups. Hope everyone kills it tommorrow and Good Luck
