Killer workout was performed today by the Vagabonds. Everyone put a sincere effort into this one and they got a great workout. It is amazing to see how far these Vagabonds have come in their training. A month ago, none of them would have been able to run 2 miles alone, now their busting out workouts with 2 miles implemented with other movements. I am so impressed and honor to have these group of people in my lives and ecstastic to see the progress they are making with their athletic ability. People are getting trimmer, and looking more and more like athletes. Not only are they meeting their goals within their weight loss, but they are also making huge strides in their physical performance. People are now doing Handstand Holds, Double Unders, getting 7 minute miles, and performing at an alarming high intensity rate. Great Job Everyone and Keep up the Good Work!!
