VAGABOND CROSSFIT WOD-5/17/09





Great Job by some of the Vagabonds today and the HandStand Holds Saga begins with a introduction to the proper form and technique on how to perform this movement. Everyday now the men and women will execute Hand Stand Holds before their workout. The guys did a great job and got some great pictures of a couple of the guys. By, the last set the guys were holding their handstands on their own and began to use muscles they have never used before. Also, throughout the day, the Vagabonds performed a brutal ten round WOD, that was scary, but beneficial to their core and stability. This was the first time they did walking lunges with weight over their head. This is a great exercise that really hits the fitness levels of stability and coordination. Great Job Today Guys and Keep Working Hard!!
