II. Strength and Conditioning Workouts of the Day:
A. Overhead Squats, Ten Minute Time Limit, Work to a Heavy Single Right Away
B. “Acid Rain Drop”(4 Rounds for time of):
Run 400 m
Air Squats x 50 reps

i love the good old acid drop day!! i wore a weight vest and got it done in 1244, but before that i PR’d with 225lbs on the OVH squat. i thing i could have got more but my left shoulder is going through a hard time right now hahaha, i am going to have to sit down and talk to it and try and get my left shoulder back on track with my right shoulder asap
