"Back on Track on Tuesday"

The last week I did workout alot, but it was alot of running, and some other things. I fell of Coach Mike’s Programming, since I am in a weird situation of what I want to do right now. I am going back and forth between running domain and training for the regionals. As of right now, I think I have to suck it up and get seriously focused on my training for the opens and regionals fo 2013. I have alot going on with the gym, but sometimes I just have to make some sacrifices, and just do it!

As of right now, I will be back on hopefully training full time for the opens of 2013, and will hopefully not run into any problems..

I worked out all last week, and did 7 days in a row, so I took a rest day today, and will be back on track starting tomm!!
