"Backed up workouts from the week"

*I have been extremely busy and forgot to write down some of my workouts. As of right now Dr. Mike will be programming strength for myself and I will be doing the conditioning part of the programming. I have come to the conclusion that my life is just to hectic right now to really focus in on my training. The one thing I want to improve is my ability to get stronger and also to stick to a strength program. I have also decided to take on new adventures and begin my journey down the road of SURFING. My goal is to be able to stand up on the board and ride some waves. The point of our fitness is to better ourselves and to try new sports, so why not try something I suck at lol!*

B. Snatch Balance, Work up to a heavy single
Worked up to 215 lbs, and had a lot more in my tank, but something felt funny in my shoulder.
