"Backed Up Workouts"(3.31.2011)

*Rest Day Monday and Tuesday*
My shoulder has been hurting me the last few days, and will be going to the doctors next week, if the pain continues. However, I have been taking the proper precautions, by icing the first 48 to 72 hours, which are vital to keep the inflammation down and also get blood flowing to the affected area. Icing is underrated and not used enough by most in the fitness community. Take advantage, and ice those sore spots! It will make a world of difference!
