*Backed Up Workouts for the Week*

This was the final week of the CrossFit Games Open, and I am happy that they over and that training can get back on schedule. However, on Saturday at Vagabond CrossFit’s Grand Opening, I had an unexpected happening happen during WOD6. My hands ripped and teared for the first time in awhile, not only where they tears, but they looked like hamburger meat. I have to do a better job of keeping up and preventing tears within my hands, so it does not sidetrack my training with the barbell. Now, that I have multiple tears in my hands, I have to work around them for the next few days, and the strength portion of my programming has to be put on hold, which is depressing and not the best option for me.

On a lighter note, I finished in the Top 20 of the Northeast Region and qualified for the Northeast Regionals at the Reebok Facility in Canton, Massachusetts during the Mid June period.
