Fun! Got to work out with Coach!! Apparently learning butterfly pull ups might be time well spent; as I was flailing around on my 2nd, O’Malley was done with 5. Great job, all!!
fun little sunday workout got the upper body pumped for sure.Only got 20 rounds was hoping for victory over kevin who crushed it with 24 or so rounds.Butterflies do look like the way to go Jill.

Bruce – think of it this way: in 20 minutes you did 100 pull ups, 200 push ups and 300 sit ups. Not too shabby! I completed 15 rounds and am quite sore today. Great workout everyone! Jill – it was fun trying to keep up with you.
