There are 3 Pulls in the Snatch! Nice Job by Matt working through the second pull and getting into the third pull of shrugging under the bar! Biggest Misconception in the Snatch is to stay up! You want to be shrugging under the bar to get yourself in that bottom position!
I. Vagabond Schedule Update for Weekend:
The gym will be closed on Saturday due to team competition in Needham at Charles River CrossFit and for preparing for the move to Easton at the end of February. However, we will be having added classes on Sunday to make up for missed classes on Saturday.
