9 Air Squats
*Rest 1:00 Minute between sets.*

Males: Deadlifts @ 3/4 Bodyweight/ Females @ 1/2 Bodyweight
*Level 2*
Males: Deadlifts @ Bodyweight/Females @ 3/4 Bodyweight
