I. Saturday Schedule Hours:
Morning Classes: 9:00 am and 10:00 am
*Make sure you are in for Saturday’s Classes to get a great workout in and to start your weekend off right. My goal at Vagabond CrossFit is to make the Saturday Workout of the Day the biggest and best class of the week. This also gives you an opportunity to meet other Vagabonds that you have not yet met in the gym. So, mark on your calendar for every Saturday to make sure you are in every Saturday to get your workout in. It will only benefit you in the long run and to make your physical prowess in the gym even better.

Went with 135lbs on the thrusters for a time of 14:38, happy with it.
Never saw so many people come in on a Saturday before … and work so hard!!! Good job to everyone!! … used 70# for the thrusters unbroken, but probably could have used more weight. Got 15:47.
