I. Vagabond CrossFit Open House:
The Vagabond Street Team is out in force, as we pass out flyers and spread the word of the Vagabond Open House on Saturday, October 30th, 2010 @ 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. I would really like to see some new people grace their presence at the Vagabond doors and cannot thank everyone enough for helping me pass out those flyers. The Vagabond Community has been growing, but now it is time to start getting our name out there. I have visited many CrossFit Gyms, and feel we are a silent CrossFit gym with some great athletes. Anyone who is willing to pass out flyers, or just let people know that Vagabond will be having a free open house on that date, please let me know and I will give you some flyers. Hey Vagabonds, the Paleo Challenge Week 5 is complete and YOU must put your scores on the board. Some of you are forgetting to do this, and is essential to see the results of your progress each week.
