A. “Death By Burpee”
On the first minute you will complete 1 Burpee. On the second minute, you will complete 2 Burpees, and so on, until you can no longer complete the prescribed amount of burpees within that minute.

Modern Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies:
1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4-5 tablespoons refined coconut oil (microwave to liquify)
1/2 cup (or less) blonde palm sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup carob chips or 88% dark chocolate bar crushed or cut into chips/chunks
– In a medium bowl whisk the coconut flour and the baking soda together.
– In a large bowl mix together the coconut oil, palm sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
– Then mix the dry ingredients into the wet.
– Add the chocolate chips.
-Use cookie scooper to put on baking sheet that is either greased with coconut oil or just use parchment paper
– Bake at 350 for 11-12 minutes depending on oven.
