I. Vagabond Free Intro Classes for Family and Friends:
Starting on Monday, January 3rd, 2011, Vagabond CrossFit will be offering Free Introduction Classes for all Vagabond CrossFit members family and friends. The Free Introduction Classes will go on from Monday, January 3rd to February 3rd, 2011. The times will be for all classes and give an opportunity for anyone who is interested to try out a class at Vagabond CrossFit for FREE! It will be a perfect time for all those people wanting to reach that New Year’s Resolution or try something new. Also, anyone who recommends a friend or family member to Vagabond CrossFit and who signs up will receive 20% off on their next monthly fees. So, get out their recruit some more Vagabonds and you will receive a nice discount on your Monthly Fees!
II. Schedule for Holiday Week:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: Regular Schedule
Friday: 7:30 am, 9:00 am and 12:30 pm
Saturday: Gym Closed
Sunday: 11:00 am Class

A bit disappointed I couldn’t finish this workout. I wanted to work on my thruster, as it’s not exactly my favorite lift…thanks for the quick modified workout on the fly, Kevin. Still got in a good WOD, even if it wasn’t the one written. (And for the push on the bench press).

Made up Christine with Ross at 4, got PR’d with 9:51. Then did todays workout with the 530 pm class, got 240 on bench which I don’t believe is a PR.
Went with 115 on the thrusters and chest to bar pullups for a time of 7:25 on the metcon.
today went well for having a few days off Pr’d on Christine with a time of 803 did subpar on the bench at 235 which is def not a PR and the VBC wod of 10 rds of 115 thurster and pullups at 751 thrusters no prob, the chest to bar got me tho….
got 125# on bench press which is a new PR for me. used 75# for the thrusters thanks to Kevin for pushing me to use that weight. got 11:54 for a time. good job to the 5:30pm class!
