Happy Thanksgiving Vagabond!

This is our First Annual Thanksgiving Together, so we came up with a simple, but tough workout to complete before you feast during the day. This will be our annual Thanksgiving Workout! So get ready to work hard and get at it!
*Thanksgiving Day, November 24th Class Schedule: 9:00 am Class Only!*
I. First Annual Turkey Workout @ Vagabond CrossFit @ 9:00 am on Thanksgiving Day:
“Feast on this”(Complete 5 Rounds for time of):
20 Burpees
25 Box Jumps @ 24/20
Run 400 m
20 Wall Balls @ 20/14 to 10 Foot Target
25 Kettlebell Swings @ 55/35
*All Lifestyles Phases will be stopped for today due to the Holiday, and people having to go places, so we can make class shorter than usual for everyone to enjoy their holidays with their loved ones. However, there will be level systems set up for the workout instead of the lifestyle phases.*
*Level 1*

15 Box Jumps @ 16/12
Run 200 m
12 Wall Balls @ 14/10
15 Kettlebell Swings @ 35/20
*Level 2*
“Feast on this”(5 Rounds for time of):
15 Burpees
20 Box Jumps @ 20/16
Run 300 m
15 Wall Balls @ 16/12
Level 3*
