Is it 3 sets or 5 sets for FGB?
Three (thank Christ!). Title Fight Gone Bad is 5 rounds. Ewwww.
Thank God!!! Thanks Jill 🙂
got 272. A big PR from my last one which was 190 something. Great job to Jessica and Jenna holding down the 530pm class!! =)
Got 284 up from 216 last time, and I don’t believe I did Rx last time. Love to hate this one, but improving makes all the diff.
PRd at 326. Went up from 224 last time and am pretty happy with the jump. need to do some work on sumo deadlift high pulls.
161 with a scaled down time of 45 seconds. It was nice of Kevin so I could walk out of the gym under my own power. Good job everyone.
