I. Dynamic Mobility Warm-Up:
Agility Drills Warm-Up(Ladder Work, T-Agility Drills, and Foot Work)
90 Degree Quad Stretch(Hip Flexion/Extension)
Hamstring Band Stretch(Hamstring Prep)
Shoulder and Lat Openers(On a Box)
Squat Openers Series(Against Wall)
Front Rack Position Stretch(Rack Development)
Lacrosse Ball Work(Butt and Glutes)
II. Benchmark Workout of the Day:
“Fight Gone Bad”(3 Sets of the following movements):
1 Minute for each movement with a running clock:
Wall Balls
Sumo Deadlift High Pull @ 75/55
Box Jumps @ 20 inches
Push Press @ 75/55
