Today was a pretty good day of training, and nothing to crazy. I was surprised how hard close grip bench press with the clusters, especially re gripping and then taking back off the rack. I prob could have went about 10 to 15 lbs heavier, but I did not have a spotter, and sometimes with bench press it can be dangerous, if you get stuck in the bottom, so I stayed at relative hard weight, and just worked through those. I felt decent on the power snatches, and actually at the end, screwed around with a split snatch, and hit a couple 170 lbs split snatches, so was just screwing around that at the end.
Pretty good day, but nothin exciting…
