Friday, August 3rd, 2012 Workout
Today was another good day of battery test, meaning short rest with some moderate weight. I felt good during it all, and have not performed close grip bench press in a long time. I worked up to my last power snatch @ heavier weight, but still had some more in me, but it was suggested to do moderate. It was sloppy at the end, but I will take it, and got about 30 other hang power snatches in before with the rep scheme, with all good and clean lifts. I was going to skip today, because I have been dragging as of late, but happy I got some motivation to hit the workout, and stay on track with my program. Tomm should be interesting as a 25 minute airdyne workout is coming my way, OH BABY!
