"Friday, July 8th, 2011 Workout of the Day"

Friday, July 8th, 2011 Workout of the Day:

I was not to happy with this workout overall because my goal was to go unbroken on all the double unders, but I missed a couple of times on 50 and 60. This was disappointing, but also used a new rope, and shortened it to make it harder and get myself used to using different length of rope, so I do come accustom to just one rope.

A. Front Squat, 8 sets of 2 @ 225 lbs, rest 60 seconds between sets
Rest 5 Hours
B. For Time of the following:
10 Back Squat @ 155 lbs
20 Double Unders
8 Back Squat
30 Double Unders
6 Back Squats
40 Double Unders
4 Back Squats
50 Double Unders
2 Back Squats
60 Double Unders
