*No Time to do any sort of strength programming today, so had to get in a quick conditioning workout. I decided to go with a heavier conditioning workout, to elicit a different response than a lighter workout. Sorry, for the short post, as the next week will be quite busy, as Vagabond CrossFit, is moving into their new location!*
