Kevin's Farmer's Walk... Great for Grip Strength and Making those Hands Tough!

I. Vagabond CrossFit Online Qualifer’s Game Day 1 Workout:
Anyone who needs to be judged or watched for the Online Qualifers Workout 1 for the CrossFit Games Sectionals, we will be holding judging at 9:00 am or 10:00 am. Please show up at these times to ensure you are properly judged and scored correctly. Also, it would be to have a small communitu gathering to cheer on their Vagabonds during their 10 Minute Journey. Good Luck to Everyone and Go Get Them!
II. CrossFit Southie Holding Open Sectionals on Saturday:
Anyone who is interested in watching some great Northeast Athletes go at it, head to head, my close friends from CrossFit Southie, Amy and Chris, will be holding the Open Sectionals at 1:00 pm at their location in South Boston. All are welcome and admittance is free! Come watch a great workout and have some fun along the way!
III. Dynamic Mobility Warm-Up:

* We will try something different for a warm-up today and see how it goes!*
IV. Metabolic Conditioning Workout of the Day:
A. AMRAP 10 of:
30 Double-Unders
15 Power Snatches @ 75/55
*Scaling will be used during this workout. Double-Unders will be attempted by everyone, in some way or fashion. We will scale the reps, count misses as double-unders, or last final phase, will scale number up in single unders.*
V. Competitors Schedule Workouts of the Day:
A. Games Day WOD 1
B. Gymnastics Skill Work, 3 sets of 15 of Chest to Bar Pull-Ups, 3 sets of 7 Handstand Push-Ups
C. WOD must be done after WOD 1 at any time, but must still be done, you guys are training for a marathon, not a sprint.
