I. Saturday Free Introduction Class:
Vagabond CrossFit is offering its Free Introduction Class @ 11:00 am this Saturday, May 21st, 2011. Please come by, show up, and be ready to workout! All are welcome to join in on the fun and see what CrossFit is all about!

III. “Saturday Sweat Fest Workout of the Day”:
A. “Happy Feet”(Complete the following for time):
Start: 800 m Run
Followed by 6 Rounds of:
20 Wall Balls
10 Ring Dips
End: 800 m Run

PVC Dips or Push-Ups subbed for Ring Dips
*Level 2*
Banded Ring Dips subbed for Ring Dips
*Level 3*
Full Range of Motion Ring Dips
