Friday Morning Classes: 6:30 am, 7:30 am(On Rampers), 9:00 am
Friday Afternoon Classes: 4:30 pm(On Rampers), 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm
Saturday Morning Classes: 9:00 am, 10:00 am
II. Enjoy Your Rest Day and Get Ready to get Back at on Friday. Remember the gym is closed on Thursday, Thanksgiving Day, so make sure you come in on Friday and Saturday to get your workouts in.
