I. Sunday Class Schedule for June 5th, 2011:
10:00 am Class Time
II. Strength and Conditioning Workouts of the Day:
A. Front Squat, 5 sets of 3, climbing sets
*Look at March 31st, 2011 at the weight you used for that day*
B. Prowler Sled Pushes, 10 sets of 100 Feet of Pushes @ 135 lbs/95 lbs
*Push the sled 100 feet, then take 10 breaths, and do it again for 10 sets*
C. AMRAP 5 Minutes of:
3 Deadlifts @ 275 lbs/185 lbs
5 Push Press @ 135 lbs/95 lbs
*Level 1*
Deadlifts @ 165 lbs/105 lbs and Push Press @ 95 lbs/65 lbs
*Level 2*
Deadlifts @ 225 lbs/145 lbs and Push Press @ 115 lbs/80 lbs
*Level 3*
Deadlifts @ 275 lbs/185 lbs and Push Press @ 135 lbs/95 lbs

The beard is ridiculously 100% totally badass! And I use the same; used to get so sore I couldn’t function after WODs. Drinking immediately after a workout has cured that problem most of the time and works for me.

Love the photo Joe. I always take whey as well, and I am thinking about beginning to keep a gallon of whole milk in that new fridge and mixing it with my shakes.. Ross used to do it and apparently it is a great whey to put on the good kind of weight and get strong fast… just throwing that out there to anybody who may be looking for a way to put on some mass

today was my first sunday workout ever … and man, those prowler sleds or whatever showed no mercy! … ive never seen so many people come together early in the morning to cheer each other on. i would have never ever finished those prowler pushes without some encouragement from amazing vagabonds! you guys are all truly amazing and i love the community we hav e together.

i dont take anything for an after wod recovery anymore. maybe a black coffee from dunks or a beer on a really tough day but thats about it. after those prowlers today i had to drink a few beers to forget the pain .
