II. Mobilization Prep Warm-Up:
1. 3 Way Shoulder Stretch x 3:00 Minutes each shoulder
2. Inch Worm- Hamstring Prep
3. Banded Hamstring on Bar- Hamstring Prep
III. Conditioning Workout of the Day:
For Time of the following movements:
25 Clean and Jerks @ 95/65
Rest 2:00 Minutes
50 Box Jumps @ 24/20
Rest 2:00 Minutes
25 Power Snatch @ 95/65
Rest 2:00 Minutes
50 Burpees
