What’s the best thing about Vagabond?
The coaches knowledge and abilites I’ve been working out for 52
years and still learning new things coaches always have time to
listen to our questions and advise us if were doing something wrong
Excellent variety of cardio strength and stretching good advise on
modifying certain excersises
