B. “One Foot. Two Foot. Three Foot…”(AMRAP 15 Minutes of):
20 Overhead Walking Lunge w/ Med Ball @ 20/14 lbs
15 Wall Balls @ 20/14
10 Rotational Med Ball Slams @ 20/14
*Rotational Med Ball Slams are performed as a Ball Slam, but with a rotation to each side.*

II. Fight Gone Bad Fundraiser reached our goal, but we want more!:
Vagabond CrossFit has put up a stellar performance in the last 8 days of raising money for the Fight Gone Bad Fundraiser. We have reached our goal, but still have 3 weeks left to raise as much money as possible for this great cause. Let’s keep surpassing our goal this week, and keep adding to it during the following weeks. Remember, the Fight Gone Bad Workout will be performed on Saturday, September 17th, 2011 @ 11:00 am at Vagabond CrossFit for solidiers wounded and killed in action during the war, and also for Livestrong Charity for Cancer!
