The Director of I.T. for a small Sporting Goods manufacturer in Brockton, MA. Over the past 10 years I’ve been lucky to work for a few small businesses in the area, and help them grow from basically the ground level into successful businesses and found its a niche I really enjoy being a part of.
My proudest accomplishment(s) in my training so far is/are…
In my first two months I’ve lost 14lbs so far, but I really think knowing that I go home every night completely exhausted and drenched in sweat, so I must be moving in the right direction is far more satisfying than the number on a scale.Some current training goals and/or personal goats are…I think I have plenty of room for improvement in just about every area, but one goal I really have my sights set on are strict pull ups.
What’s the best thing about Vagabond?
I think people elude to it every month in this spot, but it really is true..the best part about Vagabond is the Vagabond community. Both in the gym and out, everyone there is incredibly supportive, helpful and friendly. They’re people that you look forward to seeing every night when you head into the gym and just add that extra motivation.
