"Mister, Mister"(5.25.2011)
I. Interesting Read on the Addiction of Grains and How it Consumes Western Civilization:
This is an interesting read on the proposed theory that grain intake can actually be more addicting than the substance, cocaine. I myself have struggled with the complete throughout of grains out of my diet at times, and seem to always relapse back into a grain fed coma, by the way of the evil empire called Raisin Bran. I think this could shine some light on our addiction to grain intake and why it is so hard to kick from our diets. Give it a read and let it sit for a moment.

I agree with Mike. I was so winded after the first round … finished in 9:05. Good job to the 4:30pm class!!
