I. Interesting Read on the Addiction of Grains and How it Consumes Western Civilization:
This is an interesting read on the proposed theory that grain intake can actually be more addicting than the substance, cocaine. I myself have struggled with the complete throughout of grains out of my diet at times, and seem to always relapse back into a grain fed coma, by the way of the evil empire called Raisin Bran.
