Today was a good day of training. Not huge numbers, and no max lifts, but everything felt right. I look at my front rack walking lunges, and see a huge improvement in my single leg strength. About a month ago, I was struggling with lighter weight, and not pushing myself. Today I pushed myself and felt good on it, and could have even heavier with the single leg strength portion. My back squat felt good, and sometimes the only thing that holds me back, is not having a spotter, so sometimes makes me weary of things. However, I felt good throughout the workout, and looking forward to the next few days of training, as I am attempting a 1 rep max in my power clean, and really want to see an improvement in this lift. Fingers are crossed for a personal record, so lets see how things go!
