Monday, July 23rd, 2012 Workout

Today was one of those days where everything was getting in the way of getting my workout in. I got a bunch of orders in today for equipment, and took on the task of putting everything together for today. I got a new power rack in, so it took me about 2 and half hours to put it together, so after that it brought me to about 2 pm, and had to get other things done as well. I figured I was not going to get my workout in, but at the end of the night, I performed Tuesday Workout instead, which was awful in its own terms. I had to sit on the Airdyne for 30 minutes, and this is not pleasant. However, I like feeling the pain, as it is making me mentally tougher for the season coming up very soon. I will be doing some olympic lifting tomm, and looking forward to it to say the least, as I have found my old passion for lifting in olympic lifting!
