Press Mechanics or Push Press w/ no weight—Practice the Dip, emphases the knee to travel to the outside, so while in circle, neighbors knees touch each other

Sandbag deadlift, how to teach properly

AMRAP 10 Minutes of the following:
15 Air Squats
10 Meter Shuttle Run(6 times)
1 Sandbag Deadlift + carry sandbag and walk 10 meters.
